Sew What
If I could, I would sew all day. And since retirement for me is a few years away, I will continue to sew and cross stitch and craft in my spare time.
What will follow in the days ahead will be pictures of the projects I am currently working on and maybe even some projects I have completed. To my family who will be reading this...remember the cheesecloth ghosts that took up the floor of our living room? My form was a bent hanger with a softball entwined hanging from a kitchen chandelier. Cheesecloth was dipped in starch and hung overnight to dry. The ghosts sat on newspaper on the kitchen table waiting for black felt eyes to be applied. ...........Hmmmm.....maybe I could make them again....for the grandchildren....
